Position Description:

Qualifications: Certification in Epic HB Administration and Charge Router experience required; CDM/charging/PB experience a plus. Ample hands-on HB analyst experience with live organizations is essential. Experience with Benefits Engine, Epic Security and Fee Schedules preferred.
Responsibilities: Work as an analyst with our HB and PB teams supporting PFS, SBO, and Revenue Integrity Operations in their daily use of Epic. Resolve help desk tickets, participate in Epic Quarterly releases (NN review, build, testing), and support strategic system projects requiring an experienced HB or PB Analyst.

HB is our priority, but it''s a plus if the consultant also has PB Administration certification and experience.
