Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in digital transformation and Business Process Reengineering (BPR). The ideal candidate will analyze, evaluate, and redesign complex business systems and processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

This role focuses on aligning business strategy with operational execution by identifying improvement opportunities, designing future-state processes, and driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The candidate will collaborate closely with business, IT, and product teams to implement scalable, high-impact solutions.



Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Conduct end-to-end business process analysis and design optimized future-state processes
  • Perform Business Process Reengineering (BPR) to enhance operational efficiency
  • Develop business architecture artifacts including process models (BPMN), capability models, and value streams
  • Gather, analyze, and document complex business and functional requirements
  • Perform cost/benefit analysis, ROI analysis, and risk assessments (buy vs. build)
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements or new solutions
  • Support implementation, adoption, and change management initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery



Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Proven experience in digital transformation and BPR initiatives
  • Strong expertise in business modeling tools and methodologies (BPMN, UML, ArchiMate)
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
  • Experience performing cost/benefit, ROI, and risk analysis
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field



Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in large enterprise environments
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies
  • Relevant certifications such as CBAP, TOGAF, BPMN, or Lean Six Sigma
  • Master s degree in a related field
