Job Details

This opportunity is located in Phoenix, AZ with a mid-sized, stable organization looking to bring on a Windows System Administrator to join their core infrastructure team. This is a full-time position supporting a Windows environment consisting of Active Directory, O365/Azure services, and virtualized systems. You'll be working closely with a 5-person infrastructure team (Network Admin, 3 System Admins, and a CISO) supporting internal systems and critical business applications.

This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to grow technically in a supportive environment where training and mentorship are encouraged. The team has multiple modernization initiatives underway, including migrating from on-prem Active Directory to Azure/O365 and upgrading legacy Exchange environments. While the position includes an on-call rotation, the volume is very low. If you enjoy hands-on problem solving, learning new systems, and working in an environment that values stable and secure operations, this is a great fit.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Active Directory and Group Policy administration
  • O365 / Azure / Entra ID management
  • Experience supporting Windows Server environments
  • WSUS patch/update management experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and applications

Desired Skills & Experience
  • MDT / WDS imaging experience
  • Experience with third-party application deployment
  • Linux administration exposure is a plus
  • Certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus
