We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Functional Lead to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Field Service (OFS) solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud, field service operations, scheduling, dispatching, mobility, and workforce management. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver scalable field service solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Field Service (OFS) implementation and enhancement projects.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct workshops and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Configure and optimize Oracle Field Service Cloud modules and functionality.
- Design end-to-end field service processes, including:
- Scheduling and Dispatch
- Resource Management
- Work Order Management
- Mobile Workforce Solutions
- Customer Appointment Management
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with Oracle Fusion, Oracle ERP, CRM, Salesforce, SAP, and other enterprise applications.
- Lead Solution Design, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and production deployment activities.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior consultants.
- Support post-go-live activities and continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
- Strong functional expertise in field service management processes.
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Experience leading full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Scheduling & Routing
- Workforce Management
- Capacity Planning
- Service Logistics
- Resource Management
- Experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution documentation.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) Certification.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Utilities, Telecommunications, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Logistics industry experience.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
- Experience integrating OFS with Oracle ERP, CRM, Service Cloud, or third-party platforms.
Work Environment & Expectations
Work may be performed in an office, hybrid, or fully remote environment depending on client requirements and business needs. Travel may be required based on project assignments and client engagements. Extended hours may occasionally be required during critical project milestones, testing, deployment, go-live, or production stabilization activities.
