Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary, high-impact Techno-Functional Leader for our CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Business Line. In this strategic role, you will own the revenue, growth, and market penetration strategy for Nouraa.ai. You will act as the primary bridge between our advanced AI engineering capabilities and enterprise customer ecosystems.

Your mission is to establish and scale Nora.ai as the premier voice assistant integration across major CCaaS and customer engagement platforms. This is a P&L-oriented role requiring a unique blend of deep Contact Center domain expertise, architectural understanding, and a proven track record of driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Define and execute the global commercial roadmap to position, package, and sell Nora.ai into enterprise contact centers.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) and professional services growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value opportunities alongside the sales team.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strong technical and commercial alliances with key CCaaS ecosystem players and systems integrators.

2. Techno-Functional Leadership & Solution Architecture

  • Ecosystem Integration: Serve as the subject matter expert on embedding Nora.ai's voice automation capabilities into leading customer engagement platforms, including:
    • CCaaS & Core Telephony: Genesys Cloud, Five9, Amazon Connect, NICE CXone, Cisco, 8x8.
    • WEM, Analytics & Quality: Verint, Calabrio.
  • Solutioning & Scoping: Lead discovery workshops with enterprise clients (CTOs, CHROs, COOs, and Customer Success heads) to map business friction points to AI-driven voice solutions.
  • Value Engineering: Build robust ROI models, business cases, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that demonstrate how Nora.ai reduces AHT (Average Handle Time), increases self-service rates, and slashes operational costs.

3. Product & Engineering Alignment

  • Market Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer and market for the core product team, translating real-world client requirements into the Nora.ai product roadmap.
  • Delivery Oversight: Ensure seamless, high-quality deployment of Nora.ai integrations, collaborating closely with delivery managers, conversational designers, and AI engineers.

Candidate Profile: Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 12+ years of total experience in the enterprise software/consulting space, with a minimum of 5+ years in a leadership role within the CCaaS, Telephony, or Conversational AI domains.
  • Domain Expertise: Deep architectural and functional understanding of at least three major CCaaS platforms (specifically Genesys, Five9, NICE CXone, or Amazon Connect). Understanding of SIP routing, IVR flows, and contact center analytics is mandatory.
  • AI/NLP Literacy: Strong foundational knowledge of Conversational AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and intent recognition frameworks.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven track record of managing revenue targets, driving presales technical strategy, or leading a business unit to measurable financial growth.
  • Communication: Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills. You must be equally comfortable whiteboarding integration architectures with engineers and presenting financial ROI to C-level executives.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced technical degree is a strong plus.
