We push the limits of innovation to solve the world's most important challenges-striving for execution excellence, while being direct, humble, collaborative, and inclusive of diverse perspectives. Join us as we shape the future of AI and beyond. Together, we advance your career.

THE ROLE:
We are seeking a motivated AI & DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. This entry-level position is designed for a recent college graduate who is passionate about both artificial intelligence and modern infrastructure practices. The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge AI projects while developing expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and enterprise-grade development operations.

THE PERSON:
We are looking for a curious, adaptable, and technically-minded individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, comfortable with ambiguity, and excited about working at the intersection of AI and infrastructure. You should be someone who enjoys problem-solving, values collaboration, and is committed to continuous learning in emerging technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

DevOps & Infrastructure
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi, and maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure across multiple environments
  • Automate deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes, and support GitHub Enterprise Managed Users (EMU) migration initiatives
  • Troubleshoot Linux-based systems and resolve infrastructure issues, and monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies

AI
  • Develop and implement AI solutions using modern frameworks and tools, and create and refine AI skills and capabilities for enterprise use cases
  • Design and optimize Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for various applications, and conduct prompt engineering experiments to improve model performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on AI model deployment and monitoring, and contribute to AI project documentation and best practices

General Responsibilities
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project planning and execution, and document processes, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Stay current with industry trends in AI, DevOps, and cloud technologies, and provide technical support and mentorship to team members as you grow

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Technical Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, with programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools, and experience with version control systems, particularly Git and GitHub
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) - certification preferred but not required, with knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
  • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) through coursework or projects, plus experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies through personal projects, internships, or coursework, with experience working in team environments, preferably in agile methodologies

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
