Role: Sr. UAT Test Lead with CX Test Execution
Location: Irving, TX – need locals or nearby 50 miles
Duration: 6 months contract to hire
Required Technical Skills & Expertise
UAT and QA test execution leadership experience is required — this is a hands-on UAT role and requires a career rooted in quality assurance, not general IT or BA delivery
Deep knowledge of prepaid wireless customer journeys: eSIM/pSIM activation, port-in, BYOP, plan changes, Auto-Pay, account management, and OCS renewals
Hands-on experience executing UAT on physical Android and iOS devices across live US carrier networks
Active use of AI and GenAI tools in a UAT context — for example, using LLM-based tools to generate test case variants, identify coverage gaps from requirements, or synthesize defect trends; demonstrated application required
CPNI regulation knowledge and how it constrains UAT access and data handling during test execution
Cross-system integration UAT: how activation, provisioning, billing, and CPNI systems interact end-to-end in a carrier stack
Defect lifecycle management using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow
Performance/load testing familiarity: JMeter, Gatling, or equivalent for CX flow baseline establishment within a UAT program
Test library management: executing from requirement-traceable UAT suites without developer dependency
Agile/Scrum release cycle knowledge and how UAT gates integrate with sprint-to-production pipelines
6+ years in QA or UAT testing with at least 2 years in a test lead capacity within a telco CX environment
Experience with US prepaid carrier platforms: activation portals, MVNO stacks, care support systems, and omnichannel customer journeys
Hands-on use of AI-assisted QA tools (Testim, Applitools, Mabl, or LLM-based test generation workflows) in a professional UAT delivery context
