Role Summary

Trilogy NextGen is hiring a Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end execution of a high-visibility enterprise program for our client in Chandler, AZ. This is an onsite, long-term contract role for a hands-on leader who can own delivery across multiple agile pods (Front-End, Back-End, DevOps, and QA), keep stakeholders aligned, and remove obstacles before they become risks.

Key Responsibilities

•     Own end-to-end delivery for a multi-team agile program — scope, timeline, quality, and stakeholder communication.

•     Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and QA leadership to set release plans and drive them to completion.

•     Run executive-level status reporting; raise risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early and clearly.

•     Coach Scrum Masters and engineering leads; reinforce healthy agile practices and SDLC hygiene.

•     Manage cross-team dependencies, vendor coordination, and budget/burn tracking.

•     Drive continuous-improvement initiatives — metrics, retrospectives, and delivery KPIs.

Required Qualifications

•     10+ years of IT delivery experience, with at least 4+ years leading multi-team agile programs onsite at enterprise clients.

•     Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stack web applications (Front-End, microservices, Kubernetes, cloud).

•     Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum, SAFe (or equivalent scaled framework), and modern SDLC tooling (Jira, Confluence, GitHub/GitLab).

•     Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable in front of senior client stakeholders.

•     Bachelor''''''''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

•     PMP, SAFe, or CSM certifications.

•     Prior experience in financial services, supply chain, or other regulated enterprise environments.

•     Background as a software engineer or architect before moving into delivery leadership.

Compensation

Rate is negotiable based on experience. We are open to W2 and C2C arrangements.
