We are seeking a Program Manager to lead large-scale data transformation initiatives from strategy through execution. This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, managing complex programs, and partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver impactful enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience, a background in data warehouse transformations, and the ability to successfully navigate complex organizational environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end data transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery across teams and stakeholders
- Drive program execution, alignment, and communication across multiple workstreams
- Provide executive-level leadership and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Present program updates, risks, and milestones to Steering Committees and C-level leadership
- Manage and coordinate multiple Project Managers within a matrix/dotted-line structure
- Drive successful delivery of large-scale enterprise initiatives, including programs valued at $25M+
- Partner with technical teams to support data warehouse modernization and transformation efforts
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve program outcomes
Must-Haves:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience with demonstrated success leading complex initiatives
- 3+ years of Program Management experience overseeing multiple projects/workstreams
- Proven experience managing large-scale data warehouse transformation programs
- Experience working within mid-to-large enterprise organizations
- Experience managing Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong experience presenting to internal, external, and executive-level stakeholders
- Experience managing financial projects with a minimum scope of $4M+, including external vendors/third-party stakeholders
- Strong project scheduling experience and proficiency with MS Project
- PMP certification required
- Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, architecture, and terminology
- Experience with microservices and APIs
- Knowledge of caching strategies and modern data technologies
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience supporting data transformation initiatives within financial services or highly regulated industries
- Experience leading Agile transformation initiatives
- Data-related certifications are a plus
