The Project Manager supports InfusionPoints'''''''''''''''' Program Management service line by planning, coordinating, and delivering customer projects while maintaining alignment with customer objectives, contract requirements, budget, schedule, quality expectations, and measurable outcomes. This role leads project teams using Agile, hybrid, and traditional project management approaches to improve collaboration, transparency, adaptability, and delivery performance.
Location: North Wilkesboro, NC, or remote within the United States.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery using Agile project management approaches.
- Coordinate project teams, customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment with objectives, priorities, and customer expectations.
- Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, issues, assumptions, and action items across workstreams.
- Track budgets, contract requirements, staffing, resources, earned value, and project performance metrics.
- Develop reports, dashboards, briefings, policy documents, memoranda, and executive-level communications.
- Support iterative planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and continuous improvement activities.
- Provide analysis and actionable recommendations on customer-identified policies, issues, risks, and opportunities.
- Promote accountability, innovation, transparency, and customer success throughout project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, certifications, military service, and relevant experience.
- Experience managing technical, technology-focused, or regulated projects using Agile, hybrid, or traditional project management methodologies.
- Experience planning, organizing, coordinating, and leading cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, issues, resources, metrics, and competing priorities.
- Effective communication, facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience using project management platforms, collaboration tools, and project data to support decision-making.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving customer requirements while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project/program management experience.
- Agile-related certification, training, or equivalent Agile delivery experience.
- Experience supporting Federal, State, or regulated cybersecurity projects.
- Experience using AI-enabled productivity, project management, business analysis, reporting, or collaboration tools.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, governance, and human oversight.
- Ability to evaluate opportunities for AI-driven process improvement and automation within customer environments and internal operations.
