Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to work on large-scale, complex IT systems. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, documentation, and successful delivery of solutions.

🔷 Key Responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Create user stories, functional specifications, and design documents
Define acceptance criteria and support testing & validation
Facilitate communication between business teams, developers, and project stakeholders
Perform data mapping and data modeling activities
Manage stakeholder expectations and project priorities
Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies and governance frameworks
Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint ceremonies

🔷 Required Skills:

8+ years of experience working on large, complex IT systems
5+ years of experience in data mapping and data modeling
Strong experience in requirements gathering, user stories, and documentation
8+ years of experience with SDLC processes and methodologies
Experience managing stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong multitasking and project management skills

🔷 Technical Skills:

Experience with Microsoft technologies/platforms
Hands-on experience with ALM tools such as:
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Jira
- TFS / VSTS
- IBM RTC
Experience with SQL Server / SSMS or other relational databases
Familiarity with data architecture and data modeling standards

🔷 Preferred Skills:

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment (6+ years)
Knowledge of information management and system architecture

🔷 Education:

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
