Global tech company, is looking to hire a
Payroll Administrator in remotely
Pay Rate Range: $65 to $75 per hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities: - We’re looking for a passionate payroll professional to join the Payroll Team as the Payroll Administrator. What you''ll do:
Maintain payroll records, including new hires, terms, OTPs and LOA payments
Support both US and Intl operations as needed
Audit semi-monthly cycles before payrolls are released for processing
As necessary reconcile equity transactions and validate accuracy and completion of data prior to transmission to Payroll.
Monitor email inquiries from the payroll alias and respond to employees as necessary
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve payroll-related issues
Requirements: - 3+ years of payroll administration experience
Knowledge of payroll processing and year-end reporting (i.e. benefits, stock options, RSUs, etc.)
Experience with Workday Payroll for US and Google Suite
