Summary

Job Title: Excel Macros (VBA) Expert Supply Chain Inventory
Location: Princeton / Titusville, NJ
Duration: 3+ Months Contract

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Excel Macros (VBA) Expert with strong knowledge of Supply Chain Inventory processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and stabilizing complex Excel-based tools and macros. This role requires a hands-on professional who can revamp existing files, improve performance, and ensure long-term usability for business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and troubleshoot existing Excel macros and complex spreadsheets
Stabilize and optimize VBA code for performance and reliability
Revamp and enhance Excel-based tools used for supply chain and inventory management
Identify data inconsistencies, errors, and process gaps within current files
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and improve workflows
Ensure proper documentation and handover of improved tools to the team
Implement best practices for Excel automation and data management

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling
Advanced proficiency in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) and macro development
Hands-on experience with Supply Chain / Inventory Management processes
Proven experience in troubleshooting and stabilizing complex Excel models
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and deliver within tight timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Prior experience handling large datasets and automation
