Network Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and high-performance network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet technologies and a passion for optimizing enterprise networks.
This role requires expertise in network architecture, security, VPNs, and performance optimization, along with a growing interest in cloud networking and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level LAN/WAN network infrastructure
Configure and manage Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet devices
Implement and support network security solutions, including firewalls and VPNs
Design and manage Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs
Optimize network performance using QoS and traffic management techniques
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network issues
Implement routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP
Ensure high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network and cloud integration projects
Automate network configurations and monitoring processes where possible
Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in network engineering or administration
Hands-on experience with:
Cisco networking technologies
Cisco Meraki solutions
Fortinet firewalls and security platforms
Strong knowledge of:
Routing & Switching (Layer 2/Layer 3)
VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN)
Network security best practices
QoS and traffic optimization
Experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as:
CCNA / CCNP
Fortinet NSE certifications
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Knowledge of network automation tools and scripting (Python, APIs)
Familiarity with SD-WAN and hybrid cloud networking
