Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR ABAP Integration Consultant to support and resolve integration challenges across our HR landscape. The environment includes SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), S/4HANA HR Mini-Master (HRMM), and Concur, with multiple integration points currently requiring stabilization and optimization.
Description

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across EC, S/4 HRMM, Concur.
Support and enhance data replication between SuccessFactors EC and S/4HANA HR Mini-Master
Work with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) between EC and S/4 HRMM
Support and configure CTE (Concur Technical/Training & Education integration component) between S/4 and Concur
Assist in mapping and linking cost centers and employee data to Concur via CTE/CTE_SETUP
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to improve integration stability and performance
Provide ABAP development support for HR-related enhancements and fixes

Requirements

Strong experience in SAP HR ABAP development
Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
Experience with CTE (Concur integration component) or Concur integrations
Exposure to SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), S/4HANA HR Mini-Master (HRMM), and Concur environments
Solid understanding of HR data structures and replication processes
Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues
Prior experience with EC to S/4HANA HR replication frameworks
Familiarity with CTE_SETUP configuration
Experience working in hybrid SAP cloud/on-premise HR landscapes
