Ideal Candidate: IAM Analyst (75%) + Program Management (25%)

We are seeking an IAM Analyst with a mix of hands-on identity and access management experience and program coordination skills. This is an intermediate-level role with strong emphasis on Jira-driven workflow management and security administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement lifecycle across systems and applications.
• Administer privileged access and enforce least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Design, build, and maintain Jira-based workflows, request forms, approval chains, and automations.
• Develop automation using Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, REST APIs, and integration tools to reduce manual effort.
• Support IAM platform operations including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot SSO, federation (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2), and provisioning (SCIM/API) issues.
• Conduct access reviews, audits, and compliance activities (SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPA).
• Generate audit-ready documentation and maintain IAM runbooks and standards.
• Track IAM KPIs, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support and streamline Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IAM, IT Security, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Strong expertise in Jira workflows, automation, SLA configuration, and request management (Jira experience is critical).
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Azure Automation).
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate access data and audit documentation.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Epic EMR templates and healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of SCIM provisioning, entitlement mapping, and app integrations.
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Groovy).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+.
• Experience working in both startup and large enterprise environments.
• Intermediate-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
