· Monitor, analyze and maintain company’s HRIS Landscape – including all relevant integrated and non-integrated systems and infrastructure · Make recommendations to improve the functionality and effectiveness of all HR systems · Drive the implementation of upgrades and modifications as they are released from all associated vendors · Drive the implementation of release management · Ensure that the HRIS functionality is meeting the Users needs · Partner with customers to gather business requirements · Evaluate requests for changes, analyze the impact on the entire system and infrastructure, submit recommendations for approvals, and prioritize and schedule completion of approved requests · Provide Tier 2 support and resolution for time tracking, scheduling, payroll, time off and absence in Workday-specific issues as they arise · Perform configuration in Workday and document time tracking, scheduling, payroll, absence related changes and processes · Partner with Tower Lead and HRIS team members on time tracking, scheduling, payroll and absence projects · Work with resources of 3rd party systems to facilitate projects and implement new solutions |
