Position: Technical AV Technician | Direct Hire Permanent | Ability to travel about 50-75%
Location: Iowa City, IA
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 + exceptional benefits

What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple property locations.
Set up, test, operate, and strike AV systems for live events, shows, and corporate functions.
Mix live sound and manage lighting and performance technology for live entertainment.
Support AV deployments, computer hardware/software, and general technology troubleshooting.
Handle entitlement and access changes, assist with compliance audits, and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with vendors and teammates to resolve issues and ensure seamless event execution.
Travel frequently to support a variety of exciting technology and live-event needs.

What You Bring
Associate's degree or technical training in live sound OR 3+ years hands-on AV/live sound experience.
Strong technical skills with audio, video, and lighting systems (digital mixers, interfaces, QSYS, etc.).
Basic networking knowledge (IP, telephony, virtualization, storage).
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule (days/nights/weekends/holidays).
