Role: Production Assembly Operator 
Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembly Operator to support semiconductor manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating assembly and testing equipment while ensuring product quality and adherence to process standards in a cleanroom environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform semiconductor assembly processes such as die placement, wire bonding, sealing, marking, testing, and final packaging
  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate output
  • Load and unload materials and components into manufacturing equipment
  • Conduct visual inspections using microscopes to verify product quality and identify defects
  • Record production data and maintain accurate system documentation
  • Support testing activities for electronic components using manual or automated methods
  • Assist with general assembly operations and follow established production procedures
  • Handle materials safely, including light lifting as required

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with semiconductor assembly processes such as die attach and wire bonding
  • Experience working with specialized equipment used in microelectronics manufacturing
  • Exposure to testing and inspection of electronic components

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly environments is preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and system usage
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with strict process controls

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
