What You''''ll Do
Lead UI/UX design for a large-scale website redesign
Create modern, premium B2B digital experiences using Figma
Develop and maintain component-based design systems
Design responsive, mobile-first user experiences
Collaborate with content teams to simplify complex financial and investment concepts
Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to improve conversion rates
Use analytics, user research, and A/B testing results to inform design decisions
Partner closely with developers and CMS teams throughout implementation
Provide guidance and mentorship to a junior designer
What We''''re Looking For
5+ years of Product Design, UI Design, or UX Design experience
B2B enterprise environments
Financial services, wealth management, asset management, or fintech
Strong portfolio demonstrating measurable improvements in user engagement and conversion
Expertise in UI design, UX fundamentals, information architecture, and user journeys
Experience building and working within design systems
Advanced proficiency with Figma
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
Familiarity with GA4, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics, and SEO best practices
Experience collaborating with development teams and CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred)
Understanding of usability testing and accessibility standards (WCAG)
