Role Overview
Our User Experience Design Team is searching for a talented and experienced UX Researcher to lead the design of cutting-edge products. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and product managers to deliver an exceptional experience for automotive shoppers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in design tools, and a passion for crafting industry-leading digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into comps, user journeys, and experience prototypes.
- Develop and communicate creative concepts while balancing business objectives.
- Oversee the work of multiple UX projects, coordinating meetings and reporting on project status across workflows.
- Provide quality assurance for all creative deliverables.
- Provide UX best-practice leadership and mentor junior designers.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all digital products.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design for digital products.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and user testing programs.
Professional Skills:- Portfolio showcasing strong design principles and successful product outcomes.
- Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to independently lead projects and manage the full UX process.
- Experience mentoring junior designers and fostering team growth.
- Proven experience with user interface design and adherence to guidelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile workflows and iterative design processes.
- Ability to align design decisions with business goals and strategies.
