We are seeking a
Senior UX Designer with
5+ years of experience to join our growing product team. In this role, you will lead the design and interaction of complex enterprise applications, heavy data workflows, and data visualization platforms. You will work across desktop and mobile, translating complex datasets into clean, intuitive dashboards that support business operations, reporting, planning, and forecasting.
Essential functions
Key Responsibilities- UX/UI Design: End-to-end design of enterprise-grade desktop and mobile applications, focusing on interaction design and visual clarity.
- Data Visualization & Dashboards: Design intuitive dashboards, metrics systems, and reporting tools that make complex, high-density data easily digestible for business decision-making.
- User Research & Testing: Plan and conduct user studies, user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Ideation & Prototyping: Rapidly iterate concepts using low-fidelity methods (paper, whiteboards, stickies) through to high-fidelity interactive wireframes and visual designs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering teams and customer organizations to prepare design deliverables for implementation, communicate rationale, and validate user experience post-launch.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex data visualization and dashboard design.
- Tools & Techniques: Deep proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (or similar tools), alongside low-tech rapid ideation methods (paper, whiteboards, stickies).
- Analytical & Data Skills: Proven ability to analyze, structure, and visualize large, complex datasets for operations, planning, and forecasting.
- Design Philosophy: Strong eye for aesthetics, visual design alignment, contemporary design trends, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent listening skills; able to clearly explain, advocate for, and defend design decisions while welcoming constructive feedback as a tool for iteration.Nice to have requirements to the candidate.
- Bachelor of Science in User Experience Design or similar.
Would be a plus
- Practical experience working with Material Design frameworks.
- Skill in animating interface elements to enhance micro-interactions and usability.
