Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Selenium Java testing within the ACCELQ Test Automation framework to lead and enhance test automation initiatives
Job Description
Design develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java Utilize ACCELQ Test Automation tools and frameworks for efficient test case management and execution.
Analyze requirements to create comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Identify document and track defects working closely with development teams for timely resolution.
Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to increase efficiency and coverage.
Stay updated with emerging testing tools and technologies to recommend and implement improvements.
Support integration of automated tests within CICD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead automation testing initiatives using Selenium Java and ACCELQ Test Automation tools.
Drive the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
Coordinate with product owners developers and QA teams to align testing strategies with project objectives.
Review and validate automated test scripts ensuring adherence to quality standards, Monitor test execution outcomes and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation environments and tools.
Mentor and support junior team members in adopting automation best practices.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training on automation tools and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices in testing
