Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Kafka, distributed databases, and observability platforms and a proven ability to lead projects, define technical roadmaps, and deliver reliable, secure, and scalable systems.

Responsibilities:

• Set architectural direction and domain boundaries aligned to business goals; own a 1-year technical roadmap with incremental deliverables.


• Institutionalize compliant AI engineering practices; define guardrails and measure impact on quality and throughput.


• Establish quality gates including testing pyramid, contract tests, and performance and resilience testing for critical paths.


• Architect CI/CD and progressive delivery at scale using feature flags, canary, and blue-green strategies; ensure environment parity and rapid rollback.


• Lead SEV-1/SEV-2 incident response; drive systemic fixes; maintain error budgets; define and track SLOs/SLIs.


• Build end-to-end observability with logs, metrics, and traces; deliver actionable dashboards; conduct capacity and performance planning; optimize cost and reliability.


• Lead threat modeling and secure SDLC; manage SBOMs and vulnerability remediation; ensure audit readiness.


• Orchestrate cross-team programs; manage dependencies and risks; decompose legacy components with safe migration paths.


• Plan for maintainability post-contract; align with existing platforms and tooling; avoid bespoke solutions; document decisions and runbooks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Core Java and Spring/Spring Boot proficiency.


• Kubernetes for container orchestration and microservices deployment.


• Event streaming with Kafka.


• Distributed databases such as Cassandra and CockroachDB.


• Observability tooling such as Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.


• Scripting with Python or Shell for automation and tooling.


• Ability to lead projects, perform hands-on coding, create roadmaps, and communicate and negotiate with stakeholders.


• Experience: 8-12 years in software engineering or similar roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding and practical usage of AI.


• Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
