Senior Network Engineers for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Install, administer, and configure mobile platforms, networks, hardware. Design and deploy mobile device management (MDM) solutions and software, confer with stakeholders and vendors, troubleshoot infrastructure systems, analyze logs and root cause, script, automate administrative tasks, deploy configurations, set up accounts, stage applications for LOB, and maintain system documentation, SOPs, incident reports, user and technical reports, surveys, audits, network diagrams, knowledge base articles. Review network security, compliance, encryption, protection policies, conditional access policies, operations, upgrades, patches, lifecycles, remote wipe./lock actions, service disruptions, dashboards, directory synchronization, mail flow, authentication, migration, device inventory generation, account provisioning, IT governance, downloads. Perform testing, system monitoring, backups, health checks. Satisfy client/user needs, recommend modifications. Use Splunk, Dynatrace, Active Directory, Exchange Server, PowerShell, Intune, Event Viewer, Workspace One, Mobileiron, JAMF Pro, SCCM, Google Play Console, M365, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Android, iOS. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Bachelor s degree (3 or 4 year U.S. or foreign degree) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. Must have 2 years of experience installing hardware; performing deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, provisioning, testing; supporting mobile device management (MDM) solutions; preparing reports; reviewing security, compliance, patches, lifecycles; using PowerShell, Intune, Workspace One, Mobileiron, JAMF Pro, SCCM, Google Play Console, M365, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Android, iOS. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $129,148 to $129,150 /yr.
