Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade generative AI solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, AI frameworks, and building scalable AI systems using modern techniques such as RAG, embeddings, and vector databases, along with the ability to integrate AI solutions into enterprise environments.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong Python development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and document chunking.
  • Experience with semantic search and AI pipelines.
  • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Hugging Face frameworks.
  • Experience in data preprocessing using Pandas and NumPy.
  • Experience deploying ML models as REST APIs.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.
  • Experience working on enterprise-level AI projects.
  • Willingness to attend in-person interviews.
Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Python development.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector search systems.
  • Develop and integrate AI models using modern frameworks.
  • Perform data preprocessing and pipeline development.
  • Deploy AI/ML models as scalable APIs.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI solutions.
Should Have:
  • Experience with NLP and deep learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with transformers and large language models.
  • Experience with cloud ML platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Skills:
  • Python.
  • RAG, vector databases, embeddings.
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face.
  • Pandas, NumPy.
  • REST API development.
  • Semantic search and AI pipelines.
  • Cloud platforms and AI services.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
