Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client meetings and workshops during the CDH Discovery phase to gather business outcomes, technical requirements, and implementation planning.
  • Collaborate with Lead Decision Architects, Developers, QA teams, onsite/offshore teams, and client stakeholders to define redesign principles and de-customization roadmaps.
  • Define high-level solution architecture and implementation approach for PEGA CDH initiatives.
  • Lead PEGA Customer Decision Hub modernization and migration strategy discussions.
  • Define Ops Manager governance, release management processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Create phased migration plans including effort estimates, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical leadership and best practices for PEGA Decisioning and Customer Engagement implementations.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, scalability, security, and performance requirements.
  • Support solution reviews, architecture governance, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • PEGA Lead Decisioning Architect Certification – Mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
  • Expertise in the latest PEGA CDH capabilities and framework design.
  • Strong knowledge of PEGA Platform version 25.1.x.
  • Experience in PEGA Decisioning, Next-Best-Action (NBA), adaptive models, and engagement policies.
  • Strong understanding of PEGA architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise application design.
  • Experience defining migration roadmaps, governance models, and release management frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading client-facing discovery and architecture sessions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with global onsite/offshore teams.
