Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's American multinational automotive and clean energy company is looking for an Electrical Superintendent preferably Commercial or Industrial Project experience to join their Fremont, CA team.

Summary:
As an Electrical Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction of manufacturing facilities. You will serve as the primary coordinator of field operations, working cross-functionally with base build, construction engineering, and manufacturing engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

What You'll Do:
* Lead the successful execution of both contracted and self-performed construction projects
* Develop and manage project schedules, identifying critical paths and addressing any roadblocks
* Create and maintain site logistics and execution plans
* Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
* Direct field work, track changes, and provide leadership within project teams
* Work closely with engineering teams to resolve design issues promptly
* Ensure installations meet end-user requirements and adhere to quality standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively present information
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and scheduling software (Microsoft Projects) able to identify and implement the best method to communicate or plan a project and scopes
* Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and managing changes to construction design documents with ability to provide constructability feedback

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
