Our client is seeking a consultant with 3-5 years of experience in
Business Continuity Management, ideally within
financial services. This is an
onsite role supporting the firm's
Business Continuity and Operational Resilienceprogram, with a focus on regulatory alignment under
OSFI E-21.
Key Requirements- 3-5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management
- Exposure to Operational Resilience, ideally tied to OSFI E-21
- Financial services or other regulated industry experience
- Strong understanding of the difference between Operational Resilience and Operational Risk
- Ability to support continuity planning, resilience activities, testing, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
Nice to Have- Experience with scenario testing, crisis management, or resilience exercises
- Business Continuity certification
- General awareness of Disaster Recovery concepts
Ideal ProfileWe are looking for candidates with a true
Business Continuity and practical
Operational Resilience exposure. Pure
Operational Risk candidates will be less relevant unless they have directly supported BCM or Operational Resilience work. Disaster Recovery knowledge is helpful, but this is more of a
business continuity / business process resilience role than a deep IT DR position.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
