Pay Range:$44.10-$63.00 Per Hr

Description
Join a dynamic team responsible for developing and supporting client-facing solutions in a remote contract role.
Collaborate with various professionals to enhance legal case management and business processes. 
Leverage your expertise in a widely-used collaboration platform to deliver effective solutions.
Collaborate with legal and operational teams to optimize business processes.
Maintain and support client-facing solutions platforms.
Utilize experience in a collaboration platform for process management needs.
Engage in project management activities, including stakeholder communication and documentation.
Provide training and documentation for efficient use of solutions.
Audit site activity and report regularly to team leaders.
Participate in technology training to stay updated with platform functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
Support technical aspects of applications and databases.
Consult with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions.
Manage project tasks including scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Create and troubleshoot applications and databases, ensuring data integrity.
Collaborate with technology teams to implement best practices.

Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of related experience with 2 years in a collaboration platform.
Experience with project management fundamentals.
Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Experience in a professional services environment is preferred.
Familiarity with usability standards and software development processes.
