About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet & Procurement Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Sourcing, Procurement & Fleet Department. This role is responsible for fleet administration, procurement support, reporting, data analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of critical operational information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily fleet management operations and administrative activities
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of fleet, procurement, and operational data
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports to support business decision-making
  • Assist with procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing activities
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity across systems and databases
  • Support strategic planning initiatives through reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with tracking, auditing, and documentation of fleet assets and procurement activities
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools to manage information and support department operations

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Experience within the fleet industry
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong internal partnership skills

Work Environment

This position operates primarily in a professional office setting and requires regular use of:

The role involves frequent interaction with internal customers, vendors, and cross-functional team members while supporting critical operational activities.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Madison, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
