RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a .Net Full Stack Developer - CRM Systems in Plano, TX. This role will involve a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support, maintain, and enhance custom CRM and Commissions applications in a production environment
* Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes across front-end, back-end, and database layers
* Design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions using .NET, MVC, APIs, and Windows-based applications
* Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and stored procedures using Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
* Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support system interoperability and business workflows
* Collaborate directly with end users to gather requirements, resolve issues, and provide status updates via daily calls, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Azure DevOps boards
* Participate in production support activities while contributing to ongoing system enhancements and technical improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
* 4+ years of Full Stack Development experience
* Full Stack Development experience (minimum 4 years)
* Experience with .NET, MVC, and API development
* Hands-on experience supporting Windows-based applications
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) boards for work tracking and collaboration
* Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Comfortable interfacing with end users and stakeholders on a daily basis
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production support environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* Experience with RabbitMQ (setup, configuration, and administration)
* Scripting or development experience using Python
* Exposure to Java-based development environments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
