Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of actuarial models using the AXIS platform.
- Perform model testing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
- Collaborate with actuarial, business, and technical teams to support model conversion and system modernization initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, and best practices for actuarial modeling and conversion activities.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10+ years of experience in actuarial modeling, AXIS model development, actuarial conversions, and financial modeling within the insurance industry.

Technical Skills
|

|

Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading AXIS conversion and actuarial model implementation projects.
- Experience with life insurance actuarial models and model testing methodologies.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
