Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyze actuarial data requirements and support source-to-target data mapping across enterprise systems.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of actuarial data.
- Collaborate with actuarial, business, and technical teams to support data integration and reporting initiatives.
- Develop documentation and provide analytical support for financial modeling, data governance, and system modernization projects.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9 years of experience in actuarial data analysis, financial modeling support, data validation, and enterprise data integration.

Technical Skills
|
Actuarial Data Analysis, SQL, Data Mapping, Data Validation, Financial Modeling, Data Reconciliation, AXIS, Microsoft Excel
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Life Insurance, Annuities, Actuarial Modeling, Business Analysis, Data Governance, Cross-functional Collaboration

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with actuarial data and source-to-target mapping in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with actuarial administration platforms and insurance data processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
