Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven Data Center Network Associate to support daily operations within a critical Data Center environment. This role focuses on hands-on smart hands/eyes support, Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) administration, and close coordination with network, server, and vendor teams to ensure stable, efficient, and high-quality infrastructure operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience with structured wiring, cabling, and cable management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or holidays, as operationally required.
High attention to detail and commitment to following established processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on smart hands/eyes support for Data Center operations.
Maintain accurate asset, power, and rack information in DCIM tools (e.g., DCTrack).
Manage and resolve work orders through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
Install, cable, test, and troubleshoot copper and fiber connectivity.
Support server, storage, and network deployment tasks in coordination with engineering teams.
Escalate critical issues and coordinate with vendors for repairs and service needs.
