Salesforce Senior Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer in Boca Raton, FL with a robust development background who demonstrates strong technical proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce ecosystems.

Responsibilities:
* Analyze requirements, design, develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements
* Demonstrates a strong understanding and consistent application of current methodologies for application development
* Ensure that enhancement requests are thoroughly refined, with all relevant scenarios identified and clarified before being selected for development
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess technological changes that may affect business processes
* Work with Salesforce, leveraging Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Apex, API, SOQL, and Flows for configuration, administration, and development
* Develops optimal solutions that prioritize user needs, system performance, maintainability, and scalability
* Experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft or similar platforms for integration is an advantage
* Writes scenario-based test classes to support automated code testing
* Conducts thorough reviews of peer development work and provides constructive feedback
* Ensures comprehensive documentation for all development tasks, including design documents and flow diagrams
* Skilled in source control, DevOps practices, code check-ins, and managing merge conflicts using CI/CD tools such as Copado
* Quickly assist Business Users and Production Support teams with enquiries and technical issues
* Remain informed about both current and upcoming Salesforce features pertinent to our organization, as well as broader industry IT trends, and proactively recommend innovative technologies and solutions for the team to consider adopting

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree (4 years) or equivalent
* Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II
* Minimum 7 years of Salesforce development experience
* 5+ years of building Lightning flows, Web Components, Apex, Visualforce pages, and Aura Components
* 4+ years of optimizing queries with indexes and skinny tables
* 3+ years of integrating middleware systems and creating Salesforce web services
* 3+ years of using Copado for code migration
* Experience with Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud for quoting and pricing is a plus; Familiarity with Revenue Cloud is beneficial

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
