Summary

Job Title: Change Management Specialist/Change Adoption Specialist/Organizational Effectiveness Consultant

Location : Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support organizational transformation initiatives by driving effective change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes, technologies, and business practices.

The ideal candidate will partner with leadership, project teams, and business stakeholders to develop and implement change management plans that minimize disruption and ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans aligned with business transformation initiatives.

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to understand organizational readiness for change.

  • Create and implement communication, training, and engagement plans to support change adoption.

  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to promote awareness and alignment.

  • Monitor and measure change adoption and effectiveness using KPIs and feedback mechanisms.

  • Partner with project managers, HR, and leadership teams to integrate change management into project delivery.

  • Identify potential resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on managing change within their teams.

  • Document change processes, tools, and best practices to support ongoing transformation initiatives.


Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in organizational change management, transformation programs, or business process improvement.

  • Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).

  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives such as digital transformation, ERP, or system implementations.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience developing training materials and communication strategies.

  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously.
