What You\'ll Do
- Lead advanced diagnostics and complex repairs
- Diagnose electrical and drivability concerns
- Perform brakes, suspension, alignments, and general repairs
- Mentor and support other technicians
- Work with Service Advisors to keep workflow moving
- Help maintain quality repair standards
What We\'re Looking For
- 5+ years of A-Level automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Maryland State Inspection License required
- Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- ASE Certifications preferred but not required
