If you\'re a B-Level Technician who can diagnose and repair vehicles independently, Caples Car Care has the workflow to keep you productive.
The shop services approximately 75 vehicles per week, and you\'ll start with an $800/week guarantee for your first 90 days plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
What You\'ll Do
- Diagnose drivability and vehicle concerns
- Perform maintenance and general mechanical repairs
- Complete engine, transmission, and differential repairs
- Use Snap-on and Autel diagnostic equipment
- Produce 40+ billable hours per week
- Work with the Shop Foreman and technician team
What We\'re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to complete repairs independently
- Experience with Snap-on and Autel scan tools
- Ability to consistently produce 40+ billable hours per week
- Team-focused approach to quality repairs

You\'ll work primarily on Domestic and Asian vehicles with a mix of approximately 60% maintenance and 40% diagnostics in an 8-bay shop with seven lifts and an alignment rack.
