We are seeking an experienced and motivated Distribution Account Manager to join our thriving team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for relationship-building and strategic planning. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business strategies, and ensuring the efficient distribution of our products. This role is integral to our success, and we are looking for someone who can bring a high level of expertise and energy to our team.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage key strategic accounts within the construction industry.
2. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and challenges.
3. Attend trade shows and industry events to network, promote our products, and identify new business opportunities.
4. Develop, implement, and manage distribution strategies to ensure efficient and timely delivery of our products.
5. Work closely with the production planning team to forecast demand and ensure product availability.
6. Develop and implement innovative business strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and internal teams.
8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and adjust strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
9. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
10. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in managing key accounts and developing business strategies.
4. Strong knowledge of production planning and distribution management.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
7. Ability to travel to trade shows and industry events.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel for sales reporting.
9. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
10. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives.
