NOTES FROM MANAGER / REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

The worker will be assigned to our Customer 360 Platform Enablement team that is responsible for building the appropriate data assets to build customer attributes on the customer profiles. This requires a data curious person with advanced SQL skills.

• Skill Set 1: Advanced SQL Skills
• Skill Set 2: Debugging and Data Profiling
• Skill Set 3: Fluency with Jira and Confluence
• #1 skills candidate MUST possess is advanced SQL (complex data building blocks & write efficient SQL)

• Very heavy SQL base
• Platform enablement
• Build attributes – use SQL to take data, manipulate it, transform it to get to customer level
• Must be eager to dive into data never seen before, profile it, figure it out, prep questions to ask SME’s to know best way to architect/plug in
• Manages processes that run
• Monitor workflow
• Promote sandboxes to prod.
• Heavy documentation in Confluence & use Jira for tracking work
• Agile practices – follow Scrum methodology
• Properly document – pass to QA & QC to be approved & ready for deploy through production
• Self-starter, Data curious, open to working somewhat independently – a go getter, not one to wait around for orders – ask the right questions – really dig in & understand data & come to conclusions
• 2 week sprints – will get a handful of stories assigned to them – architecture work to be done – various tasks those stories could be – help complete goals for PI
• Must have good time management & prioritization skills

• Writing SQL/Building Code
• Must be a great multi-tasker – multiple tasks to complete always
