1. Endtoend ownership and administration of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
2. License management, security role configuration, user provisioning, and environment setup.
3. Configuration, maintenance, testing, and deployment of platform updates and service upgrades in coordination with Microsoft and internal IT teams.
4. Management of environment health and stability.
5. Implementation and management of governance controls, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies for secure data backup, access and usage.
6. Development and maintenance of automation solutions using PowerShell and CLI scripting to optimize platform operations and support business requirements.
7. Monitoring of system performance, incident management, and resolution of enduser and platformlevel issues.
8. Planning and execution of platform enhancements, integrations, and customizations leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
9. Compliance management in alignment with applicable regulatory, ISRM & quality standards, including GxP, PIIT2/T3, HIPAA, and SOX (where applicable).
10. Collaboration with business stakeholders, end users, and crossfunctional technology, security, quality, and compliance teams.
11. Ongoing assessment of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify improvement, innovation, and costoptimization opportunities.
12. Project management activities, including scope definition, milestone management, progress tracking, and status reporting.
13. Continuous monitoring and optimization of operational, support, and user experience performance metrics.
