Product Designer

Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Designer to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging user experiences and designing intuitive interfaces for digital products. If you excel in UX strategy, dashboard creation, and interactive design, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement UX strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Design and optimize user interfaces using tools like Figma, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Conduct thorough user experience research to understand client needs and improve product usability.
Create interactive dashboards that provide valuable insights and improve user workflows.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design objectives with business goals.
Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable design solutions.
Test and refine prototypes to ensure optimal performance and user feedback integration.
Maintain consistency in design standards across all projects.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders for approval and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design processes.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design or related fields.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
Strong expertise in creating dashboards and interactive design elements.
Solid understanding of UX research methodologies and their application.
Ability to develop and execute effective UX strategies.
Excellent collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with current design trends and technologies.
