Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. This role requires a unique blend of strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of database management (SQL), and experience in application development (Java/Python). The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications, ensuring the effective design, development, and implementation of solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to elicit, document, and define clear, concise business and technical requirements.
• Data Analysis and Database Management:
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Work with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and ensure data integrity and security.
• Application Development Collaboration:
  • Liaise between business teams and software developers to ensure the technical solutions align with business needs.
  • Leverage basic programming knowledge in Pythonor Java to understand development challenges, automate tasks, or assist in designing proof-of-concept solutions.
• Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Design and document functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and use cases for new or enhanced systems.
  • Participate in testing and validation (UAT) to ensure developed solutions meet specified requirements and user needs.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of new systems, providing ongoing support and training to end-users.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role with a technical focus.
• Strong proficiency in SQLfor data querying and analysis is essential.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Pythonor Java is required to effectively collaborate with development teams and understand application logic.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
