Data Readiness Lead
Remote
Long Term Contract

Purpose: Identify data quality issues in legacy systems, drive data cleansing activities with the business, and ensure data is accurate, complete, and ready for migration and reporting.

Responsibilities
Own data readiness per deployment and overall data transformation strategy.
Coordinate workstream, technical, and business teams.
Lead profiling and harmonization for data objects.
Profile legacy data and identify the migration scope.
Support definition of business and mapping rules for data transformation.
Lead required cleansing activities with Workstream Data Leads.
Resolve data issues and approve data remediation.
Technically validate migrated data during mock cutover cycles.
Lead data quality checks based on business rules and governance standards.
Collect business sign-offs.
Monitor and maintain data readiness KPIs.
Partner with DT Data experts.
Ensure legacy data is ready for load.
Document business relevancy criteria and cleansing requirements.

Skills
Deep understanding of SAP data objects across workstream functional areas.
Strong project management and stakeholder communication.
Knowledge of SAP migration methodology, Migration Cockpit, and Syniti.
