The Senior HFM Support Analyst owns the day-to-day stability, availability, and accuracy of Oracle HFM 11.1.2.4 used for financial close and consolidation. The role provides Tier-2/3 production support, resolves issues during month/quarter/year-end close, manages integration, enforces controls, and partners with Finance to improve close efficiency and reliability.

Core Responsibilities:
Own L2/L3 production support for HFM
Batch scripting and PowerShell automation enhancements
Strong consolidation, intercompany, and currency translation knowledge
Hands-on FDMEE/Data Management experience
Smart View and Hyperion Financial Reporting support
Understanding of US GAAP consolidations
Manage incidents from triage through root cause and resolution
Resolve calculation, consolidation, metadata, ICP, and data load issues
Provide close and on-call support
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close
Monitor translations, consolidations, eliminations, and ownership changes
Perform balance checks, validations, and variance analysis
Support FDMEE / Data Management integrations
Maintain mappings, validations, and data load controls
Coordinate with ERP/source system teams
Support Smart View and Financial Reporting
Maintain close reports and submission packages
Provide user guidance and documentation
Manage user access and security
Support SOX controls and audits
Maintain change management documentation
Manage DEV/TEST/PROD environments
Perform LCM migrations, backups, and refreshes
Coordinate patching and performance tuning
Perform root cause analysis
Implement permanent fixes and automation
Maintain runbooks and knowledge base
