Description
Network design and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available network solutions across data centers, branches, and cloud environments.
Leading and participating in the evaluation and implementation of new networking technologies and tools.
Collaborating with peers, develop and establish long-term objectives and modernization efforts for the network infrastructure.
Developing and contributing to automation efforts for critical and reoccurring tasks within the team.
Mentoring other members of the team and provide technical assistance to cross-functional teams.
Participating in an on-call rotation and provide escalation support for critical incidents.
Having an automation first approach/mindset, IAC (python and terraform will stand out)
Working with data center XP key
Participating in the 6 week on call rotation
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in designing, implementing, and supporting, cloud-managed network solutions which include SD-WAN, switches, and wireless. Special attention to those with Cisco Meraki experience.
Experience in leveraging scripting languages and automation to simplify and support complex networks. This can include the use of Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Understanding of a wide range of infrastructure technologies like virtualization, containerization, load balancing, DDoS protection, security.

Experience in designing and supporting cloud environments, with particular attention in Google Cloud Platform, AWS, and Azure. Google Cloud Platform = MOST IMPORTANT
Experience with network monitoring and performance tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana with Prometheus, Wireshark, and similar.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $75.00/hr.
