This role is responsible for establishing and managing projects to deliver desired business outcomes. The position involves leading various projects, including large-scale application development, systems integration, and process reengineering. The individual will have end-to-end responsibility for technology delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for technology issues and managing stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects through all phases, ensuring adherence to standards and processes.
- Develop and manage project plans, financials, and related documentation.
- Identify, track, escalate, and resolve project issues and risks.
- Drive overall technology execution and manage line of business stakeholder relationships.
- Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Schedule and facilitate regular project meetings, including creating agendas and documenting minutes and action items.
- Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and business partners on deliverables and timelines.
- Partner with the business to develop and execute transition plans for sustained change.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of end-to-end project management experience is required.
Technical Skills:- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Agile certification is required.
- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Strong project financial management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAFe methodology.
- Experience working in the financial industry.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $68.00 and $73.94 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
