Top Requirements (Must Have):
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.Direct experience overseeing and tracking multiple technology system changes concurrently within a formal change delivery or program structure.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to ask probing questions in highly technical environments.Highly date-driven and risk-aware, with comfort proactively identifying and escalating delivery risks.Experience preparing content for executive-level presentations, including intermediate to advanced proficiency with:- Microsoft PowerPoint
- SharePoint
- Excel
Experience supporting technology-focused testing efforts, including:- Testing progress tracking
- Script execution
- Defect remediation
Working knowledge of JIRA and Octane (beneficial).Nice to Have:

Seeking
seasoned Business Execution Consultants to rapidly support a key
enterprise technology program. This role focuses on providing execution support across moderately complex initiatives, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear execution plans. The consultant will track milestones, risks, and dependencies; prepare executive-level reporting; and coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support execution of business programs, initiatives, and deliverables
- Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable execution plans
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes
- Prepare analysis, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership
- Coordinate work across multiple technology and business teams
- Identify, assess, and escalate delivery risks
- Support testing activities and progress reporting
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and governance standards
