Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager III to drive the execution of complex, cross-functional technical programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in program definition, roadmap alignment, risk mitigation, and technical delivery and a proven ability to increase execution efficiency, improve communications, and influence stakeholders across engineering, product, legal, privacy, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Define program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics.
- Align roadmaps across cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.
- Identify and mitigate risks early to reduce surprises.
- Maintain transparent stakeholder communications and status reporting.
- Track execution, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
- Improve processes to support project teams and operational efficiency.
- Advocate for quality in technical designs and system architectures, fostering a culture of product quality.
- Partner closely with engineering, product, and legal on privacy, compliance, data governance, and eDiscovery/Information Governance initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven technical program management experience across complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong communication skills with concise, audience-appropriate updates and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
- Experience partnering with engineering, product, and legal on privacy, compliance, or data governance topics.
- Process improvement mindset with measurable delivery outcomes.
- Tenure showing stability, with 2+ years average in prior roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in startups or self-operated businesses demonstrating initiative and versatility.
- Experience Information Governance, privacy, compliance, or data governance programs.
